Terms of the desk.
These terms cover monitoring subscriptions, morning briefings and press distribution commissioned from Curfewexora at 10 Moody St, Congleton CW12 4AP.
The agreement
Work starts when we accept a written instruction by email and you confirm the principals, titles and delivery addresses. A purchase order helps; it is not a substitute for that instruction.
English law governs. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Monitoring
We read the titles on the agreed list. We do not claim to capture every digital comment thread or every social post. Broadcast is the programmes named in the schedule.
Distribution
We send to the mapped contacts. We do not guarantee publication. Embargoes are honoured by us; we cannot police a third-party newsdesk that breaks one.
How the work runs
Briefings are written judgements, not transcripts. They may omit items we consider immaterial. If a fact is wrong, write to the desk the same morning and we will correct the record for the next note.
Fees are set out in the instruction email. Invoices are payable within 30 days. We may pause a subscription if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, after one reminder.
Either side may end an ongoing subscription on 30 days' written notice. Work already performed is payable. Embargoed material remains confidential after the contract ends, until the embargo time or until you release us.
Our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow a limit — including death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
