Embargo handling
Timed holds are logged against each outlet. We issue a hold-and-release note, then a go-live ping at the agreed minute. If a title breaks early, you hear from us before the rest of the pack does.
After the send
We log who opened, who asked a question, and who ran. The overnight monitoring desk then picks up the coverage so distribution and reading sit in the same newsroom.
What we will not do.
